数字化技术在眼眶骨折重建中应用的研究进展

摘要 眼眶骨折常导致面部塌陷、复视、眼球内陷,甚至失明等严重后果。传统手术依赖医师的经验来实现骨折的复位和眶壁的重建,修复效果不甚理想。近年来,随着数字化技术的发展,包括计算机辅助手术、3D打印、手术导航系统、术中CT成像等技术在眼眶重建领域的应用越来越广泛。这些技术优势在于克服传统手术依赖于医师的经验,缺乏植入物位置的预估与定位等难点,帮助医师提高手术效率且实现眼眶精准重建,从而改善患者的美观和眼视功能。因此,笔者就数字化技术在眼眶骨折重建中应用的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考和理论依据。 Orbital fracture often leads to facial collapse,diplopia,enophthalmos,and even blindness.Traditional surgery relies on the experiences of physicians to achieve fracture reduction and orbital wall reconstruction,but the repair effect is not satisfactory.In recent years,with the development of digital technology,technologies such as computer⁃assisted surgery,3D printing,surgical navigation systems,and intraoperative CT imaging have become increasingly widespread in the field of orbital reconstruction.Such techniques can avoid dependence on physicians′experiences and make it easy for estimating and positioning the implantation sites,which subsequently contributes to better surgery efficiency and precise reconstruction of the orbit,improving aesthetics and visual function of patients.To this end,the authors reviewed the recent progress in application of digital technology for orbital fracture reconstruction,so as to provide reference and theoretical basis for clinical practice.
