中药吸嗅学的内涵与外延

Connotation and denotation of olfactory absorption of traditional Chinese medicine

中医临床应用吸嗅疗法至今已有几千年的历史,但尚无“吸嗅疗法”一词的明确表述。文章通过回顾古籍中相关吸嗅疗法的记载,梳理现代临床应用的散在经验,以现代嗅觉生理学为基础,结合本团队大量前期研究,归纳出“中药吸嗅疗法”概念,并提出“中药吸嗅学”新学科,并对中药吸嗅学学科基本概念、内涵和外延、学科自身优缺点进行了探讨,也对中药吸嗅学未来前景进行分析,以期为中药吸嗅学学科后续发展提供支撑,为临床提供一疗效确切、应用方便的新救治方法,形成一种新的中药独特应用形式。

The clinical application of sniffing therapy in traditional Chinese medicine has a history of thousands of years,but there is no clear expression of the word'sniffing therapy'.By reviewing the records of olfactory therapy in ancient books and combing the scattered experience of modern clinical application,this paper sums up the concept of'olfactory therapy of traditional Chinese medicine'on the basis of modern olfactory physiology and a large number of previous studies in our laboratory.it also puts forward a new discipline of olfactory inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine,and probes into the basic concept,connotation and extension,advantages and disadvantages of the subject.It also analyzes the future prospect of olfactory aspiration of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide support for the follow-up development of olfactory aspiration of traditional Chinese medicine,provide a new treatment method with definite curative effect and convenient application for clinic,and form a new and unique application form of traditional Chinese medicine.
