古籍文献循证评价方法在中医临床实践指南中的应用现状与分析

Application status and analysis of evidence-based evaluation method of ancient books and documents in clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine

中医临床实践指南是在循证中医药指导下制定的具有中医药特色的临床实践指南,其具有以方法学为基础、重视证据的特色。古籍文献循证评价是循证中医药的研究热点,其方法体系经过不断研究改进,评价结果逐渐量化、客观、可靠。受限于循证医学的思维束缚,相关古籍文献循证评价方法没有形成统一共识和标准,未能广泛应用于具体临床实践指南的制定工作中。本研究通过对当前古籍文献循证方法研究及应用现状进行梳理,提出古籍文献循证评价方法的应用研究要重视方法学的完善与标准建立,同时需要借鉴现代循证研究方法,增加经济学证据评价等内容。

The clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical practice guide with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine formulated under the guidance of evidence-based traditional Chinese medicine.It is based on methodology and attaches importance to evidence.The evidence-based evaluation of ancient books and documents is a research hot spot of evidencebased traditional Chinese medicine.After continuous research and improvement,the evaluation results are gradually quantified,objective and reliable.Limited by the thinking constraints of evidence-based medicine,the evidence-based evaluation methods of relevant ancient books and documents have not formed a unified consensus and standard,and have not been widely used in the formulation of specific clinical practice guidelines.Through sorting out the current research and application status of evidence-based methods of ancient books and documents,this study proposes that the application research of evidence-based evaluation methods of ancient books and documents should attach importance to the improvement of methodology and the establishment of standards,and at the same time,it needs to learn from modern evidence-based research methods and increase economic evidence evaluation.
