骨络理论探析

Discussion on the theory of bone collaterals

骨络是循行布输于骨内骨间的三维立体网络系统,是连接骨骼与全身各系统的重要桥梁。完善骨络理论,认为哈弗氏管、骨小管、经皮质血管等均是骨络的微观解剖结构基础。骨络根据功能和形态分为骨血络和骨气络,骨血络具有结构细微、网状分布的特点;骨气络具有运输精微、营养骨髓的功能。文章试从骨络的概念、分类、生理、病理等角度进行初步探讨,以期为治疗慢性复杂性骨与关节疾病提供思路。

Bone collaterals is a three-dimensional network system distributed between bones and bones,and it is an important bridge between bones and various systems of the whole body.According to the theory of bone collaterals,it is considered that Haversian canal,bone tubule and transcortical blood vessels are the basis of the microanatomical structure of bone collaterals.Bone collaterals are divided into bone blood collaterals and bone qi collaterals according to their function and shape.Bone blood collaterals have the characteristics of fine structure and reticular distribution;bone qi collaterals have the function of transporting fine and nourishing bone marrow.This paper tries to make a preliminary discussion on the concept,classification,physiology and pathology of bone collaterals,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of chronic complex bone and joint diseases.
