基于膜府系统论治脓疱型银屑病

Treatment of pustular psoriasis based on the membrane system

总结基于膜府系统辨证治疗脓疱型银屑病的经验思路。玄府、膜腠、三焦内外上下远近贯通,构成一个周密的膜府组织系统,其在生理上是津、气升降出入之通道,在病理上是病邪入侵之道路,在治疗过程中是祛邪外出之路径。笔者认为脓疱型银屑病以玄府闭阻、膜腠挛闭、三焦失畅为发病基础。因此,治疗既重视开通玄府、透达外邪,又要疏通筋膜、缓解膜腠挛闭。同时三焦兼顾治疗,根据病程不同各有侧重,并且注意祛除痰湿、瘀血等病理产物,紧抓病机辨治,可获良效。

To summarize the experience of treating pustular psoriasis based on syndrome differentiation of membrane system.The sweat pore,membrane,and tri-jiao are connected to each other from inside to outside,from up and down,and from far to near,forming a well-organized membrane system.Physiologically,they are the passages for jin and qi to ascend and descend;pathologically,they are the path of pathogenic invasion;and during the treatment process,they are the way to get rid of exogenous pathogens.The pathological base of pustular psoriasis is sweat pore occlusion,membrane contracture closure and tri-jiao obstruction.Therefore,the treatment not only pays attention to opening the sweat pore and getting rid of the exogenous pathogens,but also dredging anadesma and relieving membrane contracture closure.At the same time,focus on the treatment of tri-jiao,and have different emphasis according to the different course of the disease,pay clinical emphasis on removing phlegmdampness,blood stasis and other pathological products,and then the good effect can be obtained by grasping the mechanism of disease differentiation and treatment.
