摘要
目的:研究药食植物牛皮消Cynanchumauriculatum发酵液中C_(21)甾体类成分。方法:综合运用各种色谱分离技术对牛皮消发酵液进行化学成分研究,结合对应理化性质与波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从牛皮消发酵液中分离得到8个C_(21)甾体,分别鉴定为20-O-acetyl-12-O-cinnamoyl-3-O-(β-D-cymaropyranosyl)-8,14-dioxo-8,14-secosarcostion(1),告达亭3-O-α-L-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(2),告达亭3-O-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1-→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(3),开德3-O-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-L-迪吉吡喃糖基-(1→>4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(4),告达亭3-O-α-L-迪吉吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(5),告达亭3-O-α-L-迪吉吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基(6),SaccatolG(7),开德3-O-α-L-迪吉吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(8)。结论:化合物1为新的C_(21)甾体,命名为saccatolL;化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate C_(21)-steroidals in fermentation broth from the medicinal and edible plants of Cynanchum auriculatum.Methods:The chemical constituents of the fermentation broth were studied by various chromatographic separation techniques from the medicinal and edible plants of C.auriculatum,and all structures were identified by comprehensive analyzing physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Eight C2r-steroidals were isolated and elucidated,including 20-O-acetyl-12-O-cinnamoyl-3-0-(B-D-cymaropyranosyl)-8,14-dioxo-8,14-secosarcostion(1),Caudatin-3-0-α-Lcymaropyranosyl-(1→>4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl(2),Caudatin3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→>4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl(3),Kidjolanin-3-O-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl(4),Caudatin-3-O-a-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl(5),Caudatin-3-O-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl(6),SaccatolG(7)and Kidjolanin-3-O-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1-→4)-β-Dcymaropyranosyl(8).Conclusion:Compound 1 was a new C_(21)-steroidal and named saccatol L,and compound 5 was isolated from the plantforthe first time.
