藏药斑花黄堇化学成分及药理活性研究 被引量:1

Study on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities from the Tibetan medicine Corydalis conspersa Maxim.

摘要 目的:分析藏药斑花黄堇生物碱类化学成分与抗炎镇痛药理作用的关系。方法:通过HPLC-MS分析鉴定出10种生物碱并对其进行药理活性研究。结果:通过HPLC-MS对藏药斑花黄堇二氯甲烷提取部位中的生物碱进行分析,分析鉴定出10种生物碱,对粗提物进行药理实验分析,并通过参考文献佐证得出,10种生物碱中的异喹啉类生物碱及小檗碱类生物碱起到一定的抗炎镇痛作用。结论:经药理学数据分析,藏药斑花黄堇二氯甲烷提取部位具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。 Objective:Analyze the relationship between the chemical constituents of the alkaloids and the antiinflammatory and analgesic effects from the medicine Corydalis conspersa Maxim..Methods:Ten alkaloids were identified by HPLC-MS and their pharmacological activities were studied.Results:Through the HPLC-MS analysis of alkaloids in the dichloromethane extraction part of the Tibetan medicine Corydalis conspersa Maxim.,ten alkaloids were isolated and identified.Pharmacological analysis of the crude extract was carried out,and it was proved by reference that the isoquinoline alkaloids and berberine alkaloids among the ten alkaloids had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Conclusion:Pharmacological data are analyzed that the dichloromethane extraction part of Tibetan medicine Corydalis conspersa Maxim.has obvious anti-inflammatory andanalgesiceffects.
