摘要
目的:考察纬度产地与采样时机对中华大蟾蜍毒液中蟾毒配基类成分含量变化的影响,探索差异之间的内在关系。方法:收集不同纬度产地与不同季节的中华大蟾蜍毒液,定量分析样本的含水量和7种主要蟾毒配基类成分。结果:产地上,纬度越高毒液中蟾毒配基类成分含量越高,即越冷地方蟾蜍毒液越好;而季节上,越热的时候蟾蜍毒液越好。显然,冷热对蟾蜍毒液的影响,在空间与时间上表现相反。结论:从蟾蜍生存角度看,蟾蜍毒液成分含量变化的根本原因是其适应环境的进化结果;蟾酥原料质量下降的主因是全球气温变暖,需要引起高度重视。
Objective:To investigate the influence of latitude origin and sampling time on the content change of bufogenin in venom of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor,and to explore the internal relationship between the differences.Methods:Venom of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor from different latitudes and seasons was collected,and the water content and seven main Bufo bufo gargarizans aglycones were quantitatively analyzed.Results:The higher the latitude,the higher the content of toad venom aglycone,that is,the colder the place,the better the toad venom.In season,the hotter the toad venom,the better.Obviously,the effects of cold and heat on toad venom are opposite in space and time.Conclusion:From the perspective of toad survival,the fundamental reason for the change of toad venom composition content is the evolutionary result of its adaptation to the environment.The main reason for the decline in the quality of toad venom raw materials is the influence of global warming,which needs to be paid great attention to.
