摘要
腰痛是临床常见多发病,推拿手法是干预腰痛的有效方法。其手法镇痛机制探讨一直是学术热点。疼痛可引起大脑结构和功能的改变与重塑,随着神经影像技术的发展,功能磁共振技术越来越多的被应用于疼痛脑机制的研究中。前期研究表明静息态功能磁共振技术在理解腰痛的中枢调节机制方面发挥了重要作用。文章在静息态功能磁共振技术视域下,通过对最新国内外研究的结果和机制分析,探讨应用静息态功能磁共振分析技术推拿干预腰痛的中枢机制,为今后研究推拿干预腰痛的镇痛中枢机制提供思路。
Low back pain is a common clinical occurrence,Tuina therapy is an effective way to intervene low back pain,its manipulation analgesic mechanism has been an academic hotspot.Pain can cause changes and remodeling of brain structure and function.With the development of neuroimaging technology,functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology is more and more applied in the study of pain brain mechanism.Previous studies have shown that resting-state fMRI technology plays an important role in understanding the central regulatory mechanisms in low back pain.In the perspective of resting state fMRI technology,through the analysis of the latest domestic and foreign research results and mechanism,the application of resting state fMRI analysis technology to explore the central mechanism of Tuina intervention low back pain,which provides ideas for the future study of the analgesic central mechanism of Tuina intervention lumbago.
