中医五音疗法结合感觉统合训练在全面性发育迟缓儿童中的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中医五音疗法结合感觉统合训练对全面性发育迟缓儿童的影响。方法:满足纳入标准的全面性发育迟缓儿童60例随机分为中医五音疗法组、感觉统合训练组和中医五音疗法结合感觉统合训练组,每组纳入20例。在常规康复治疗的基础上,中医五音疗法组外加宫音和羽音的治疗,在每日进餐时听宫音,20 min/次,3次/d,在每日下午听羽音,30 min/次,1次/d。感觉统合训练组在常规康复治疗的基础上,于每日下午外加感觉统合训练,主要针对感知觉中的触觉、前庭觉和本体感觉进行干预,30 min/次,1次/d。结合组在常规康复治疗的基础上,施加中医五音疗法和感觉统合训练,在每日进餐时听宫音,20 min/次,3次/d,在每日下午感觉统合训练时听羽音,30 min/次,1次/d。所有治疗均6 d/周,连续治疗4周。治疗前后采用格里菲斯神经发育量表中文版(GDS-C)针对儿童的运动领域、个人与社会领域、听力和言语领域、手眼协调领域、表现领域进行综合评价。结果:治疗后,各组患儿GDS-C 5个领域发育商均显著升高(P<0.05),且中医五音疗法组和感觉统合训练组的GDS-C 5个领域神经发育商低于结合组(P<0.05)。结论:单纯中医五音疗法和单纯感觉统合训练均能改善全面性发育迟缓儿童的神经发育状况,但中医五音疗法结合感觉统合训练的综合效果更佳。 Objective:To observe the effect of the five-element music therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)(Gong Yin and Yu Yin)combined with sensory integration training on children with global developmental delay.Methods:A total of 60 patients with global developmental delay were randomly divided into five-element music therapy of TCM group,sensory integration therapy group and combination group(five-element music therapy of TCM combined with sensory integration therapy group),20 cases in each group.The routine rehabilitation was adopted in each group.Five-element music therapy of TCM group was given the music therapy of Gong Yin and Yu Yin.The patients were treated with Gong Yin at meals every day,20 min/time,3 times/d,were treated with Yu Yin every afternoon,30 min/time,1 time/d.The sensory integration treatment group was received sensory integration training every afternoon,mainly for touch,vestibular and proprioception,30 min/time,1 time/d.The combination group was treated with five-element music therapy of TCM and sensory integration training,the patients were treated with Gong Yin at meals every day,20 min/time,3 times/d,were treated with Yu Yin during sensory integration training every afternoon,30 min/time,1 time/d,6 d/week.All patients were treated for 6 d/week,and continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Griffiths was used to evaluate development quotient of children's motor field,personal and social field,hearing and speech field,hand eye coordination field and performance field.Results:After treatment,the developmental quotient of Griffiths in 5 fields were improved(P<0.05);the development quotient of five-element music therapy of TCM group and sensory integration treatment group were lower than those of combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the five-element music therapy of TCM and sensory integration treatment can improve the neurodevelopmental status of children with global developmental delay,but the overall effect of five-element music therapy of TCM combined with sensory integration therapy is better than that of simple group.
