慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者力敏腧穴阈值的测定

Determination of threshold value of force-sensitive acupoint in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis

目的:观察力敏腧穴在慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)患者体表分布并测量机械痛阈,探讨腧穴的力敏特性及其客观表征。方法:招募CNAG患者组和健康受试者组各60例,参照力敏腧穴探查方法配合手持测痛仪测量机械痛阈值,比较两组相应腧穴机械痛阈值,分析CNAG患者组力敏腧穴在不同经脉与部位上的差异。结果:CNAG患者组机械痛阈参考范围为0.24~0.44 kg,与健康受试者同穴区同侧比较,CNAG患者组腧穴机械痛阈值显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中CNAG组力敏腧穴高发区中庭的阈值最低;脾俞的阈值最高。CNAG患者力敏腧穴阈值存在部位差异,其中胸腹部力敏腧穴痛阈值最低,下肢部次之,腰背部力敏腧穴痛阈值较高(P<0.05)。结论:CNAG患者力敏腧穴的痛阈值明显低于健康受试者对应腧穴阈值,且力敏腧穴不同部位的痛阈值也存在差异,表明力敏腧穴具有相对特异性,为临床选穴及其规范化提供了依据。

Objective:To observe the distribution of force-sensitive acupoints on the body surface of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)and measure the mechanical pain threshold,and to explore the force-sensitive characteristics and objective characterization of acupoints.Methods:Recruited CNAG patients and healthy subjects,60 cases in each group,measured the mechanical pain threshold with the help of force-sensitive acupoints exploration method and hand-held pain meter,and analyzed the differences of force-sensitive acupoints in different meridians and positions in CNAG group.Results:The reference range of mechanical pain threshold in CNAG patients was 0.24-0.44 kg.Compared with the same side of healthy people,the average threshold of total mechanical pain in CNAG patients acupoints was significantly lower(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the threshold of Zhong Ting(RN 16)in CNAG patients'acupoints was the lowest,Pi Shu(BL 20)has the highest threshold.There were regional differences in the threshold of force sensitivity of CNAG patients,among which the pain threshold of chest and abdomen was the lowest,followed by lower limbs,and the pain threshold of lower back was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pain threshold of force-sensitive acupoint is obviously lower than that of healthy subjects,and there are differences in pain threshold of different parts of force-sensitive acupoint,which indicates that sensitized acupoints have relative specificity,thus providing a basis for clinical acupoint selection and standardization.
