摘要
本文基于风险管理和人口健康框架,综述了轮班制度影响护士职业性超重和肥胖的三大决定性因素:职业环境、生物遗传、社会行为,探讨了护士轮班模式与超重或肥胖之间的关系,为完善相关的理论研究,合理配置卫生人力资源,保障医疗卫生服务人员健康,提高医疗卫生服务质量以及推进建设健康中国提供参考。
Based on a risk management and population health framework,this study reviews the three major determinants of shift system affecting nurses'occupational overweight and obesity:occupational environment,biogenetics and social behavior,and explores the relationship between nurses'shift patterns and overweight or obesity to provide reference basis for improving related theoretical studies,rationalizing the allocation of health human resources,safeguarding the health of health care providers,improving the quality of health care services,and promoting the construction of a healthy China.
