血清碱性磷酸酶在妊娠高血压疾病的研究进展

摘要 妊娠高血压疾病(HDP)属于一类妊娠期间常见的并发症,使约5%~10%的妊娠复杂化,导致产妇、胎儿和新生儿的发病率和死亡率增加。血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)在女性妊娠期间的时间依赖性变化提示ALP是一种与胎盘功能和胎儿生长发育密切相关的特殊酶类,特别是在妊娠高血压孕妇中水平显著升高,动态观察ALP水平可作为监测妊娠的一项指标。本文旨在总结ALP水平变化在妊娠高血压疾病发生、发展中的最新研究进展,为临床早期预防妊娠高血压疾病及不良妊娠结局的发生选择敏感的生物标志物提供参考。 Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)are a group of common pregnancy complications that affect approximately 5%to 10%of pregnant women during their pregnancies.Most importantly,this complication is associated with increased maternal,fetal,and neonatal morbidity and mortality.Studies have shown that dynamic monitoring of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels during pregnancy can be used as a useful indicator for pregnancy monitoring,especially in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.ALP changes in a time-dependent manner during pregnancy,suggesting that ALP is closely related to placental function and fetal growth and development.Further studies need to be conducted to confirm these findings and to investigate the potential clinical benefits of ALP monitoring in pregnant women.This review aims to summa-rize the latest advances regarding changes of ALP levels in the development and progression of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.It is hoped that this review will understand the potential of ALP as a sensitive biomarker for early clinical preven-tion of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
