Surveillance results of adverse events following immunization in Jiaozuo city from 2020 to 2022

目的 对2020-2022年焦作市疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测结果进行分析,为疫苗安全接种提供参考。方法 通过中国AEFI监测信息管理系统收集2020-2022年焦作市报告的AEFI个案,通过河南省免疫规划信息管理系统收集疫苗接种数据,采用描述流行病学分析方法进行分析。结果 2020-2022年焦作市累计接种3 556 643剂次疫苗,累计报告AEFI个案1 921例,报告发生率为54.01/10万剂。其中一般反应1 848例(96.20%),异常反应66例(3.44%)。1 848例一般反应中,发热1 558例,占84.31%;局部有红肿、硬结等症状350例,占18.94%;65例异常反应中,过敏性皮疹47例,占71.21%。结论 2020-2022年焦作市疫苗接种安全性良好,不良反应以发热和局部反应为主,仍需提升监测能力,提高接种不良反应监测敏感性。

Objective To analyze adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Jiaozuo city from 2020 to 2022 for providing the reference of vaccination safety.Method AEFI cases reported in Jiaozuo city from 2020 to 2022 were collected through the Chinese AEFI Surveillance Information Management System,and vaccine administration data were collected through the Henan Province Immunization Planning Information Management System.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted.Results In Jiaozuo city from 2020 to 2022,a total of 3556643 doses of vaccine were administered,with a total of 1921 reported AEFI cases,representing an incidence of 54.01/10^(5)doses.Ofthe total AEFIcases,1848(96.20%)were general reactions,and 66(3.44%)were abnormal reactions.Of the 1848 general reactions,1558(84.31%)were fever,and 350(18.94%)had local symptoms such as redness,swelling,and induration.Of the 66 abnormal reactions,allergic rash accounted for 71.21%.Conclusions Vaccine safety in Jiaozuo city from 2020 to 2022 was good,with fever and local reactions being the main adverse reactions.However,it is still necessary to improve the ability and sensitivity of AEFI surveillance.
