中医康复干预肺癌术后患者临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients with Lung Cancer after Operation

目的探讨肺癌术后患者采用中医康复干预的临床效果。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2020年1月—2022年4月收治的102例肺癌术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(51例,常规干预)和观察组(51例,常规干预+中医康复干预),均干预1周。比较2组各项指标。结果干预后,观察组证候评分、肺功能、心理状况、生活质量指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),干预期间并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医康复干预应用于肺癌术后患者可改善临床症状和肺功能,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation intervention in patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients with lung cancer after operation were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology between January 2020 and April 2022.They were divided into the control group(51 cases,conventional intervention)and the observation group(51 cases,control group and TCM rehabilitation intervention)by random number table method.All patients were treated for 1 week.The indicators of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the symptom score,lung function,psychological status and quality of life indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications during intervention was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM rehabilitation intervention in patients with lung cancer after surgery can improve clinical symptoms and lung function,reduce anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,safe and reliable.
