归脾汤治疗肿瘤相关性贫血气血两虚证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guipi Decoction in Treating Cancer⁃related Anemia Syndrome of Deficiency of Qi and Blood

目的观察归脾汤治疗肿瘤相关性贫血(气血两虚证)的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将60例肿瘤相关性贫血(气血两虚证)患者分为2组各30例,对照组采用促红细胞生成素皮下注射治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用归脾汤治疗。2组均治疗8周。结果2组治疗后心悸、乏力、面色苍白、失眠评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后RBC、Hb、Hct及QOL评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤治疗肿瘤相关性贫血(气血两虚证),能够减轻贫血症状,提高RBC、Hb、Hct水平及生活质量,增强临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guipi decoction in the treatment of cancer related anemia(syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood).Methods Using a random number table method,60 patients with cancer⁃related anemia(syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood)were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of erythropoietin,and the treatment group was treated with Guipi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results After treatment,the palpitation scores,fatigue scores,paleness scores,and insomnia scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the RBC,Hb,Hct and QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction in the treatment of cancer⁃related anemia(syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood)can alleviate symptoms of anemia,improve RBC,Hb,Hct levels and quality of life,and enhance clinical effect.
