补肾养血调经汤对异常子宫出血的影响

Study on Improving Effectiveness of Self⁃made Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing Decoction on Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探究自拟补肾养血调经汤对异常子宫出血患者治疗有效性提升作用。方法选取2021年2月-2022年2月收治的80例异常子宫出血患者,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾养血调经方加减治疗。比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的治愈和好转例数均多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的异常月经出血状态、性激素水平、凝血功能、中医证候评分指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾养血调经汤治疗异常子宫出血,可有效控制病情发展,改善异常子宫出血症状,恢复子宫内膜厚度,改善性激素水平和凝血功能,减少不良反应,安全有效。

Objective To explore the improving effectiveness of self⁃made Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing decoction on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing prescription on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of observation group and control group was compared.Results After treatment,the number of cases of cure and improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Abnormal menstrual bleeding,sex hormone level,blood coagulation function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score indexes in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptomatic treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding with Bushen Yangxue Tiaojing decoction can reasonably control the development of the disease,improve the symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding,restore the thickness of endometrium,improve the sex hormone level and blood coagulation function,reduce adverse reactions,and is safe and effective.
