健脾和胃推拿治疗孤独症谱系障碍胃肠道症状临床研究

Clinical Study on Invigorating Spleen and Gastric Massage in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder

目的观察健脾和胃推拿治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)胃肠道症状的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的60例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾和胃推拿治疗。比较2组治疗前后各项功能量表评估情况。结果2组治疗后儿心发育商评分均升高(P<0.05);2组儿童自闭症行为评分(ABC)、儿童自闭症评分(CARS)、胃肠道严重程度评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组。结论健脾和胃推拿联合康复训练可促进ASD患儿的全面发育,改善孤独症的核心症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of strengthening spleen and stomach massage in the treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms of autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods Sixty children who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given spleen strengthening and stomach massage on the basis of the control group.The assessment of various functional scales before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cardiac development quotient scores of infants in both groups were increased(P<0.05).Autism behavior score(ABC),children autism score(CARS)and gastrointestinal severity score were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Strengthening spleen and stomach massage combined with rehabilitation training can promote the overall development of children with ASD and improve the core symptoms of autism.
