摘要
目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)的对分课堂在临证案例实训教学中应用效果。方法选择1个中医学专业班级,在临证案例实训课程教学中采取以OBE理念设计的对分课堂教学方法。学生在教学前后分别填写医学生自主学习能力问卷和对分课堂回顾问卷,了解学生的总体评价及比较学生在自主学习能力方面的变化。结果自主学习能力总分、6个二级维度、2个一级维度得分均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);大部分学生认为从中获益明显,没有增加学习负担。结论基于OBE的对分课堂在临证案例实训教学中得到学生的认可,能够提高学生的自主学习能力,应用效果良好。
Objective To explore the effect of presentation⁃assimilation⁃discussion(PAD)class based on outcome⁃based education(OBE)in clinical case training.Methods A class of traditional Chinese medicine is selected to adopt PAD class based on OBE concept in the teaching of clinical case training.Students fill in the Questionnaire of Independent Learning Ability of Medical Students and the Questionnaire of PAD Review before and after teaching to understand the overall evaluation of students and compare the changes of students in independent learning ability.Results The total score of autonomous learning ability,the scores of 6 secondary dimensions and 2 primary dimensions were increased(P<0.05).Most of the students think that the benefit is obvious and the study burden is not increased.Conclusion PAD Class based on OBE has been recognized by students in the clinical case training teaching,which can improve students’self⁃learning ability and has good application effect.
