高校教育学获奖成果学术影响力影响因素探析

Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Academic Influence of Award-Winning Achievements of Pedagogy in China’s Colleges and Universities

摘要 基于1995-2020年八届“高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)”教育学获奖成果的分析发现:奖项等级、奖项届别、区域分布与“双一流”建设高校占全省高校数量比例对著作类成果被引次数具有显著影响;奖项届别、完成人数、第一完成人的性别、年龄、职称、学科背景与学科数量对论文类成果被引、他引与下载次数具有显著影响。第一完成人学位、高校学科评估等级、高校类别、高校获奖总数、各省份高校数量、期刊或出版社级别与类型对获奖成果的影响力皆未呈显著相关性。为扩大“高校人文社科奖”教育学获奖成果的影响力,相关部门应设置合理的奖项评选周期,使更多高质量研究成果得到公平竞争的机会;可考虑提高优秀女性学者与青年学者的获奖比例,鼓励他们将获奖成果通过各种平台进行交流传播;高校应夯实学科基础,推进跨学科研究;积极开展区域内校际科研人员的合作,探索区域教育学研究的特色;坚持质量与贡献导向,多维度突破论文刊发与著作出版的顽瘴痼疾。 Based on the analysis of the education awards of the eighth Excellent Achievement Awards of University(Humanities and Social Science)from 1995 to 2020,we found that the level and session of awards,regional distribution and the proportion of construc⁃tion of“Double World-class”universities in the number of universities in the province have a significant impact on total citations of works achievements;the session of awards,the number of persons completed,gender,age,professional title,discipline background and discipline numbers of the first person completed have a significant impact on total citations,other citations and downloads of thesis achievements.There is no significant correlation between the influence of the first completed person’s degree,the level of discipline e⁃valuation,the category,the total number of awards,the number of colleges and universities in each province,the level and type of journals or publishers on the award-winning awards.In order to expand the influence of the education awards of the Excellent Achieve⁃ment Awards of University(Humanities and Social Science),we should set up a reasonable selection cycle to give more opportunities of fair competition for more high-quality research;consider improving the award-winning probability of outstanding female scholars and young scholars,and encourage them to exchange and disseminate the award-winning achievements through various platforms;consoli⁃date the discipline foundation and promote interdisciplinary research;carry out the cooperation of inter-school researchers in the region and explore the characteristics of regional education research;adhere to the guidance of quality and contribution,and break through the solidification mode of paper publishing and book publishing in multiple dimensions.
