“双擎驱动”实战型临床药学人才培养模式构建与实施

Construction and implementation of the"dual engine driven"training mode for practical clinical pharmacy talents

目的:探讨临床药学人才培养存在的相关问题,结合空军军医大学第一附属医院实际提供相关建议。方法:实施“3阶段+3考核”培训方式,形成以用药风险为驱动的药学服务能力培养和以临床需求为导向的药学科研能力培养相结合的“双擎驱动”模式。结果:“双擎驱动”实战型临床药学人才培养模式,成功在该院培养了近500名同时具备临床思维与科研思维的临床药学人才,提升了临床药师在医疗机构的胜任力。结论:“双擎驱动”临床药学人才培养模式可为推动中国临床药学学科高质量发展提供有益参考。

OBJECTIVE To explore the problems existing in the training of clinical pharmacist,and provide relevant suggestions based on the actual situation of The First Affiliated Hospital,Air force Military Medical University.METHODS Implementing the"3 stages+3 assessment"training patterns,to create a combination of medication risk-driven pharmaceutical service ability and clinical need-oriented pharmaceutical research ability"dual engine driven"training mode.RESULTS Using the"dual engine driven"training mode,nearly 500 clinical pharmacist with both clinical thinking and scientific research thinking have been successfully trained in our hospital.It improved the competency of clinical pharmacists in medical institutions.CONCLUSION The"dual engine driven"training mode provides useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of clinical pharmacy in China.
