基于中西医临床病证特点的慢性肾衰竭动物模型分析

Animal Model Analysis of Chronic Renal failure Based on Clinical Symptoms in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

本文基于慢性肾衰竭中、西医临床病证特点,对现有的慢性肾衰竭动物模型进行分析。依据临床诊断标准及症状特点,对现有的动物模型进行临床吻合度评价。经分析对比可知,已有的造模方法中肾大部分切除法和腺嘌呤诱导法的西医吻合度较高(吻合度≥70%);肾大部分切除法、腺嘌呤诱导法、物理化学法以及三种病证结合法的中医吻合度较高(吻合度≥70%)。目前慢性肾衰竭动物模型以西医疾病模型为主,病证结合模型少见,很难凸显中医药辨证论治的特色。因此构建一种准确、规范的慢性肾衰竭中医病证结合动物模型成为后续研究慢性肾衰竭防治的重点。

Based on the characteristics of chronic renal failure in TCM and Western medicine,this paper analyzed the existing animal models of chronic renal failure.According to the clinical diagnostic criteria and symptom characteristics,the degree of similarity of the existing animal models was evaluated.Comparative analysis result showed that there were the high degree of similarity between the human chronic renal failure and the animal models of chronic renal failure(5/6 nephrectomy-induced model and adenine-induced model)in western medicine(similarity≥70%).The degrees of similarity of 5/6 nephrectomy-induced model,adenine-induced model,the model induced by physicochemical factors and the model of the combination of the disease and symptoms were high(similarity≥70%)in TCM.At present,the animal model of chronic renal failure is dominated by the disease model in Western medicine,while there were few animal models of the combination of disease and syndrome,which is difficult to reflect the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation.Therefore,the establishment of an accurate and standard animal model of the combination of the chronic renal failure and its TCM symptoms has been the focus of the future study on the prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure.
