中医药防治心脏血栓的临床用药特点

Clinical Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiac Thrombosis

目的收集近年来相关文献,分析总结中医药防治心脏血栓用药特点,为中医药防治心脏血栓提供参考。方法以“心脏血栓”或“心室血栓”或“心房血栓”和“中医”或“中药”作为检索词,在CNKI、维普、万方进行检索,最终根据纳入排除标准筛选文献6篇,将数据录入并应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析。结果此次分析共涉及5类证型,出现最多的的是阳虚血瘀型;7个方剂/中成药,使用最多的是温阳活血方;32味中药,使用频次最多的是赤芍。通过聚类分析显示,常用的药物组合有:枳实、竹茹、枳壳;桃仁、郁金;牛膝、羌活;人参、三七。结论心脏血栓最常见的证型是阳虚血瘀证,防治心脏血栓的中医药以活血化瘀为主,同时注意益气健脾祛痰。

Objective To analyze and provide reference of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in prevention and treatment of cardiac thrombosis based on literature analysis.Methods Searching“cardiac thrombosis”or“ventricular thrombosis”or“atrial thrombosis”and“traditional Chinese medicine”or“Chinese medicine”in the database such as CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,and finally 6 documents were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.SPSS 19.0 was used to process the statistical data.Results There were 5 types of syndromes involved.Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was the most common.7 prescriptions/proprietary Chinese medicine were involved.The most commonly used formula was Wenyang Huoxue decoction.32 Chinese medicine herbs were involved,and the most frequently used was radix paeoniae rubra,accounting for 9.0%.The cluster analysis showed some herb combinations Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Caulis Bambusae in Taenia Fructus Aurantii,Semen Persicae,Radix Curcumae,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii,Radix Ginseng,Radix Notoginseng.Conclusion The most common syndrome of cardiac thrombosis was yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The traditional Chinese medicine principle for prevention and treatment was to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,accompanied with tonifying spleen qi and reducing phlegm.
