针刺联合穴位贴敷护理对胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application Nursing on Gastrointestinal Response in Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor Chemotherapy

目的讨论针刺联合穴位贴敷护理对胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响。方法纳入2021年1月—2022年6月在金溪县中医院消化肿瘤内科住院的胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者96例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组(48例)予以常规护理,试验组(48例)在常规护理基础上予以针刺联合穴位贴敷护理。比较2组胃肠道反应程度、频率。结果从症状程度来看,2组护理第5天及第7天恶心、呕吐程度评分低于护理前(P<0.05),食欲好于护理前(P<0.05),且试验组上述时点各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);从频率来看,试验组恶心、呕吐次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合穴位贴敷护理可改善胃肠道肿瘤化疗所致的恶心、呕吐、食欲减退症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application nursing on gastrointestinal response in patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy.Methods 96 cases of gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy patients hospitalized in department of digestive oncology of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and trial group.The control group(48 cases)received routine care,and the trial group(48 cases)received acupuncture combined with acupoint application care.The degree and frequency of gastrointestinal response were compared between the two groups.Results From the point of symptom degree,the nausea and vomiting degree scores of the 2 groups on the 5th and 7th day of nursing were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the appetite was better than before nursing(P<0.05),and the indexes of the test group were better than those of the control group at the above time points(P<0.05).The frequency of nausea and vomiting in experimental group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint application nursing can improve the symptoms of nausea,vomiting and appetite loss caused by gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy,which is worth popularization and clinical application.
