宣肺止咳汤治疗支原体性支气管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuanfei Zhike Decoction in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Bronchitis

目的探讨加减宣肺止咳汤在肺炎支原体性支气管炎患儿中的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日就诊于北京市朝阳区双桥医院的90例支原体性支气管炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为2组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用加减宣肺止咳汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、血清细胞因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、免球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组,IgA、IgG高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加减宣肺止咳汤能够加快肺炎支原体性支气管炎患儿各项症状缓解,有效减轻炎性反应,改善免疫功能,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Xuanfei Zhike decoction in mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 90 children with mycoplasma bronchitis who were treated in,Shuangqiao Hospital of Chaoyang District from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Xuanfei Zhike decoction.The clinical effect,symptom relief time,serum cytokine levels,immunoglobulin levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of cough,asthma and pulmonary rales fading was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-αand IL-6 in observation group were lower than control group,IgA and IgG were higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuanfei Zhike decoction can accelerate the relief of various symptoms in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis,effectively reduce inflammatory response,and improve immune function,which is safe and reliable.
