摘要
就业市场对“复合型”新闻传播人才的需求日益迫切,但就目前的理论研究进展而言,尚缺乏对其能力结构的系统考察和量化评估。因此,结合岗位胜任力理论和市场需求,本文尝试构建了一套多层级、细粒度的“复合型”新闻传播人才的能力考评体系,并利用自然语言处理、数据挖掘和可视化技术,通过789,311则网络招聘广告,实现对“复合型”新闻传播人才的精准画像,以期为我国高等院校新闻传播的专业建设和人才培养提供有益参考。
The employment market has more and more advanced requirements on versatile talents in journalism and communication,whose yet competence structures lack systematical constructions and quantized assessment.Therefore,combining competency models with actual demands of employers,a multi-level and fine-grained competence structure has been built for versatile talents in journalism and communication.Afterwards,equipped with natural language processing,data mining and visualization techniques,versatile talents in journalism and communication can be pictured precisely from 789,311 recruitment advertisements online.Finally,major constructions and talents cultivation can benefit a lot from the competence structures of versatile talents in journalism and communication proposed in our research.
