Aspirate pH testing has made some research progress in the localization of gastric tube position alone or in combination with other biomarkers.At present,this method has been recommended by domestic and foreign guidelines as the clinical first-line examination method to confirm the position of the gastric tube.This article will review the principles,application forms,shortcomings and prospects of the aspirated pH test method.In order to provide a reference for further research and clinical application of the aspirated pH test method.
