复兴号动车组抖车晃车振动机理及自动识别与应用方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 部分动车组在线路运行时会偶发车体非正常振动现象,严重影响了旅客乘坐舒适性,复兴号动车组装有平稳性监测系统,但未能区别车体振动类型,监测到异常振动后无法指导现场进行检查维修。为提高旅客乘坐舒适性,指导动车组对车体异常振动进行检修与维护,提出了抖车晃车的概念并根据其振动特征,给出了抖车晃车自动识别方法;结合大样本数据得到了动车组抖车晃车预警/报警机制和限值。同时利用异常振动数据给出了抖车晃车产生机理和应用处置方案。最后根据车线故障划分的判断方法,通过WTDS系统与EMIS系统相结合,建立了抖车晃车地图,可根据不同报警情况并结合车轮旋修等运用数据,实现抖车晃车故障的自动识别和故障检修策略推送。 Some EMU carbody occasionally happened abnormal vibration during operation seriously affects passengers comfort.The existing riding index monitoring system of Fuxing EMU unable to distinguish the abnormal vibration types of the carbody,and can’t guide the inspection and maintenance on site after monitoring the abnormal vibration.In order to improve passenger comfort,and guide the EMU intelligently repair and maintain,the concept of shaking and rocking vehicle body has been proposed.According to its vibration characteristics,the intelligent identification method of shaking and rocking is established.Combined with the big data sample,the warning/alarm mechanism and limit were obtained.At the same time,on the basis of the abnormal vibration data,the mechanism and the solve method of shaking and rocking vehicle body has been obtained.Finally,using the judgment method of car line fault division,we combine WTDS system with EMIS system to establish a shake map.Using the map we can realize the intelligent identification and intelligent troubleshooting strategy push according to different alarm conditions and wheel maintenance data.
