摘要
信息化是现代企业的必由之路,通过建设企业级信息系统来提升企业的竞争力已成为离散制造企业的一个发展方向,轨道交通装备制造是典型的离散制造,其物料、BOM、客户、供应商等主数据作为企业信息系统有效运行的基础,会长时间存在并应用于多个系统,如何保证各系统主数据的一致性成为企业亟需解决的问题。为此,文中介绍了离散制造企业主数据的定义和主数据的分类,提出了主数据的设计方案和管理方案,并在某轨道交通装备核心部件生产企业开展应用,有效提升了该企业的运行管理效率。
Informatization is an inevitable process for the transformation of modern enterprises.Construction of enterprise information system(ERP)is a mean to enhance the competitiveness which is the development trend of discrete manufacturing enterprises.Rail transit equipment manufacturing is a typical discrete manufacturing.Main data such as materials,BOM and suppliers is the foundation for the effective operation of ERP,which will exist for a long time and be applied to multiple systems.How to ensure the consistency of the main data in each system has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.In the above context,this paper introduces the definition and classification of ERP main data in discrete manufacturing enterprises and proposes the design and management scheme of it.The proposed method is carried out in a core component manufacturer of rail transit equipment,which improves the operation and management efficiency of the enterprise effectively.
