动车组部件修程修制优化方法初探与实践

摘要 通过对动车组部件修程修制优化方法进行研究,建立以确定优化目标、可行性分析、地面验证、实车验证、形成结论等为核心环节的技术路线。从同类产品横向对比、设计冗余分析、失效模式及影响分析、失效应对措施分析、故障率/性能衰变规律统计分析、优化经济性分析等多个维度进行可行性评估;通过台架疲劳试验研究部件的剩余使用寿命,评估可否满足周期延长的需要;采取小批量验证—阶段评审—扩大验证—总结评审的分阶段实车验证策略,最后形成优化结论。 Through research on optimization method of repair process for EMU components,the technical route is established as the main steps containing determining the optimization target,feasibility analysis,ground verification,real vehicle verification,and conclusion formation.Feasibility evaluation is made fro the following dimensions:horizontal comparison of similar products,design redundancy analysis,failure mode and impact analysis,failure countermeasure analysis,statistical analysis of failure rate/performance decay law,optimization economic analysis.The remaining service life of components through bench fatigue test is measured to evaluate whether it meet repair interval extension requirements.The phased real-vehicle verification strategy of small batch verification-stage review-expansion verification-summary review is adopted,and finally form an optimization conclusion.
