摘要
巢蛋白(Nestin)是一种具有特殊异二聚体结构的神经干细胞(NSCs)标记物,有多个磷酸化调节位点,其表达受细胞周期蛋白、细胞生长因子等调节,在细胞中间丝的组装和分解、细胞骨架的重塑过程中发挥重要作用。Nestin与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡过程中的相关因子关系密切,与其共同作用而发挥促进NSCs增殖、分化的作用。缺血性脑卒中发生后可检测到Nestin表达量逐渐增加,至第7天达峰值后逐渐降低,体现NSCs增殖的趋势。目前研究发现,针刺通过介导Notch1信号通路、微小核糖核酸以调控Nestin表达,从而发挥神经再生的作用。
Nestin is a neural stem cells(NSCs)marker with a special heterodimeric structure.Nestic owns multiple phosphorylation regulatory sites,and its expression is regulated by cyclin,cell growth factor,etc.and plays an important role in the assembly and decomposition of cell intermediate filaments and the remodeling of cytoskeleton.Nestin is closely related to the relevant factors in the process of cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and works together to promote the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs.After ischemic stroke,the expression of Nestin gradually increases and gradually decreases after reaching a peak on the 7th day,reflecting the trend of NSCs proliferation.Present studies have found that acupuncture regulates Nestin expression by mediating the Notch1 signaling pathway,micro-ribonucleic acids(miRNAs),to exert the role of nerve regeneration.
