普职协调发展的理论内涵、逻辑关系与实践路径

The Connotation and Practice Path of the Coordinated Development between Ordinary High School and Vocational High School

摘要 普职协调是在普职分流的表述已不符教育环境的实际下出场的,其内涵包括柔性确定普职比、创建中间样态学校以及确保普职间学历和机会等值。同时,普职协调并没有否定普职分流,它属于更高层次的分流和更深层次的融通。推进普职协调,应当重述分流的重要性,创新分流机制,确保地方拥有柔性确定普职比的自主权,构建国家学分银行制度。 "The coordination between ordinary high school and vocational high school"came into being when the expression of"the separation between ordinary high school and vocational high school"was no longer in line with the reality of the educational environment.Its connotation includes flexible ratio between ordinary high school and vocational high school,the creation of intermediate schools,and the equality of educational qualifications and opportunities between ordinary high school and vocational high school.The coordination of ordinary high school and vocational high school does not negate their division,which belongs to a higher level of division and a deeper level of integration.To advance the coordination between ordinary high school and vocational high school,we should restate the importance of the diversion,innovate the diversion mechanism,ensure that local governments have the autonomy to flexibly determine the ratio,and build the national credit bank system.
