摘要
劳动教育对于培养高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。当前,高职院校劳动教育存在知识体系缺少深层建构、价值理念传导效果不佳、实践场域割裂分散、保障体系不够完善等问题。以“知识、信念、行为”为核心要素的知信行模式,为开展劳动教育提供了有益的参考范式。高职院校应借鉴知信行模式的理念,建构劳动教育知识体系,优化劳动价值传导,拓展劳动实践场域,从而推动实现知行合一,提升劳动教育的针对性和实效性。
Labor education is of great significance for training high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,there are some problems in the labor education of higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of deep construction of knowledge system,the poor transmission effect of value concept,the separation and dispersion of practice field,and the imperfect security system.The Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model with“knowledge,belief and behavior”as the core elements provides a useful reference paradigm for carrying out labor education.Higher vocational colleges should learn from the idea of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice model,construct the knowledge system of labor education,optimize the transmission of labor value,expand the field of labor practice,so as to promote the integration of knowledge and practice,and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of labor education.
