在城市化的进程中,大批青壮年劳动力流向城市,外出务工成为他们增加家庭经济收入的重要渠道。近年来,在国家相关政策的推动下,越来越多的外出务工人员返乡就业创业,在一定程度上改变了人口长期单向流动的局面。“城归”人员的出现为乡村经济发展注入了新的生机与活力,成为乡村振兴的重要力量。制定有利于“城归”人口创新创业、就近就业的政策,进一步完善农村地区的基础设施,大力发展新兴产业,提高“城归”人口的归属感、幸福感,是增强乡村经济发展内生动力的必由之路。

In the process of urbanization,a large number of young and middle-aged laborers flow to the cities,and working outside has become an important channel for them to increase family economic income.In recent years,under the promotion of relevant national policies,more and more migrant workers have returned to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship,which to a certain extent has changed the situation of long-term one-way flow of population.The emergence of"city returns"has injected new vitality and vigor into rural economic development and become an important force for rural revitalization.It is the only way to enhance the endogenous driving force of rural economic development to formulate policies that are conducive to the innovation and entrepreneurship of the"city returns"and their employment nearby,further improve the infrastructure in rural areas,vigorously develop new industries,and improve the sense of belonging and happiness of the"city returns".
