新农村建设中图书档案管理瓶颈及对策研究

On the Bottlenecks and Countermeasures of Book and Archive Management in New Rural Construction

新农村建设旨在全面提高农村的经济、文化、生态环境,图书档案为农村居民提供了阅读、学习的资料,有助于培养村民的专业技能、道德修养、法制意识,并且保护和传承了农村的乡土文化、红色文化以及各类非物质文化遗产。但农村图书档案管理存在一系列瓶颈,主要表现为基础设施薄弱、缺乏专业管理人才、服务需求趋弱、信息化能力匮乏。研究过程针对以上问题,提出了较为完善的应对策略,包括构建完善的保障机制、培育农村读者群、开展差异化运营、抵御网络信息冲击等。

The new rural construction aims to comprehensively improve the economic,cultural and ecological environment of rural areas.Books and archives provide reading and learning materials for rural residents,help to cultivate villagers'professional skills,moral accomplishments and legal consciousness,and also protect and inherit the rural culture,red culture and various intangible cultural heritages.However,there are a series of bottlenecks in the management of books and archives in rural areas,which are mainly manifested as weak infrastructure,shortage of professional management talents,languishing service demand and deficient informatization capability.Based on the above problems,this research puts forward relatively perfect countermeasures,including building a perfect guarantee mechanism,cultivating rural reader groups,carrying out discrepant operations,and resisting the impact of network information.
