Since the proposal of“Double Eight Strategy”,Wenzhou has always adhered to it as the general outline of development,and has made a variety of outstanding achievements through the identification and application of its own advantages in the practice of promoting economic and social development,including continuing the history of Wenzhou innovation with the advantages of institutional innovation,establishing a demonstration city of private economic development with the core advantage of a developed private economy,providing Wenzhou experience for national financial reform with the advantage of private capital,building a national civilized city of higher level with humanistic advantages,promoting the interactive development of“Wenzhou people’s Economy”and Wenzhou’s economy with the advantages of Wenzhou people who dare to adventure and are good at carving a niche for themselves,transforming the resource advantages into the economic advantages with the advantages of mountains and seas,creating a model of an ecologically civilized city with gentle landscapes with the ecological advantages,and building Wenzhou model of private-enterprise party building with the advantages of private-enterprise party building.Thanks to the Wenzhou practice of the“Double Eight Strategy”,Wenzhou’s economic and social development has been pushed into a new era,which has provided living Wenzhou experience for the province and even the whole country to implement the“Double Eight Strategy”.
