摘要
农产品电子商务作为一种新兴业态,已经渗透到农业全产业链,在降低农村流通成本、提高农产品商品化率等方面成效显著。“八八战略”实施20年来,温州市已成为国家首批电子商务示范城市,特色农产品电子商务发展迅速,但发展中仍面临网络配套设施不够完善、物流体系建设落后、特色农产品规模化及品牌化程度低、电商专业人才短缺等瓶颈问题。因此,农村电商应注重完善配套基础设施建设、强化农产品物流配送体系建设、提升特色农产品规模化、品牌化能力及加强农产品电商专业人才培养,将创新思维注入农村地区特色农产品电商运营模式,从而使电子商务的发展更好地为拓宽农民就业增收、推动农业农村现代化提供新动能。
As an emerging format,e-commerce of agricultural products has penetrated into the entire agricultural industry chain,and has made significant contributions in reducing rural circulation costs and improving the commercialization rate of agricultural products.Since the implementation of the“Double Eight Strategy”for the past two decades,Wenzhou City has been rated as one of the first batch of e-commerce demonstration cities in the country,and the development of e-commerce for its characteristic agricultural products has become increasingly prosperous.However,in the process of development,it is still blocked by a variety of problems,namely,insufficient network supporting facilities,backward construction of logistics system,low scale and branding of characteristic agricultural products,and shortage of e-commerce talents.Therefore,rural e-commerce companies should be committed to improving the construction of supporting infrastructure,strengthening the construction of the logistics and distribution system of agricultural products,enhancing the scale and branding capabilities of characteristic agricultural products,upgrading the training of agricultural e-commerce talents,and injecting innovative thinking into the e-commerce operation model of characteristic agricultural products in rural areas,which is conducive to providing new growth drivers for broadening farmers’employment and income and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas to with the development of e-commerce.
