基于循环凸轮算法的内框纸定长输送控制系统设计

摘要 基于倍福PL C和倍福A X5112系列驱动器,设计了双伺服电机控制的高精度定长输送系统,应用循环电子凸轮算法可以实时对内框纸进行动态纠偏,解决了带花纹内框纸输送问题;通过在PC端上位机修改电子凸轮表,达到不修改机械结构即可改变内框纸的输送规格的目的,实现了烟厂的柔性制造;同时,提出了电子循环叠加3倍凸轮算法,实现了内框纸拼接不停机运行。在Z B416A机组上加装了该装置,输送带花纹内框纸运行稳定,并且实现了内框纸拼接不停机运行,极大地提高了机组的运行效率。 Based on Beckhoff PLC and Beckhoff AX5112 series driver,a fixed length conveying system with high precision controlled by the double-servo motor is designed and the cyclic electronic cam algorithm is used to dynamically correct deviation of the inner frame paper in real time,solving the transportation problem of conveying inner frame paper with the decorative patterns.By modifying the electronic cam table on the upper computer of the PC end,it is able to reach the aim of changing the transportation specification of the inner frame paper under the condition that no any modification of the mechanical structure is required,realizing the flexible manufacture of the tobacco factory.At the same time,the electronic cycle overlay 3 times cam algorithm is proposed,to realize the continuous operation of the inner frame paper splicing.The device is installed into the ZB416A unit,the conveying system to transmit the pattern inner frame paper runs stably and the inner frame paper splicing is completed without stopping,which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the unit.
