摘要
表贴式转子永磁体安装在永磁同步电动机转子的表面,永磁体本身强度较差,硬而脆;并且电动机运行时会产生机械振动,转子旋转时会产生离心力,因此转子表面的永磁体需要一定的结构或者措施来固定。文章介绍了几种永磁同步电动机表贴式转子的永磁体固定结构,着重分析了表贴式转子上永磁体固定的可靠性和不同固定结构的适用情况。
The permanent magnets of the surface-mounted rotors are mounted on the rotor surface of the permanent magnet synchronous motors,the permanent magnet itself is hard and brittle with poor strength,furthermore,the mechanical vibration is generated when the motor runs and centrifugal force is produced when the rotor is rotating.Therefore,certain structure or measures should be adopted to fix the permanent magnets on the rotor surface.Several permanent magnet fixing structures for the surface-mounted rotors of permanent magnet synchronous motors are introduced,focusing on analyzing the reliability of permanent magnet fixing on surface-mounted rotors as well as the applicability of the different fixing structures.
