Technological process to rebuild and repair the stator of the 80 MW turbine generator in a steel plant is introduced while the key processes are studied and analyzed,and then,proposing a practical modification plan.The electrical and excitation test results show the rebuilt stator meeting with various kinds of performance requirements of the generator.
