Low-pressure Casting of the Cast-aluminum Rotor with Hybrid Ventilation Structures

通过对特殊结构的铸铝转子的结构分析及低压铸造在此结构上的成功应用,表明低压铸造工艺完全可以适应特殊结构的转子制造,从而进一步拓展了低压铸造工艺的应用范围。

Through the structural analysis on the special structure of cast-aluminum rotors as well as the successful application of low-pressure casting on this structure,it shows that the low-pressure casting process is able to fully fitted with rotors with the special structure,thus,expanding the scope of application of the low-pressure casting process.
