摘要
针对软件项目管理课程理论性强、涉及内容广、学生对课程不重视等问题,提出了一种以学生为中心,“自主+内化”线上线下混合的教学模式。学生线上自主学习,老师线下理清脉络,检查学习效果。通过案例分析,项目驱动,启发思维,培养能力。同时将行业标准,融入课程;动画场景,激发兴趣;示范教学,实现共享。通过多年的教学实践,结果表明混合教学模式提升了学生学习兴趣,提高了教学质量。
Aiming at the problems of software project management course,such as strong theory,wide content and students’lack of attention,this paper proposes a student-centered“autonomy+internalization”online and offline blended teaching mode.Students learn independently online,and teachers sort out the context on classroom and check the learning effect.Through cases analysis,project driven,enlighten thinking and cultivate ability.At the same time,industry standards are integrated into the curriculum;animated scenes are introduced to stimulate interest;demonstration teaching and sharing is achieved.Through years of teaching practice,the results show that the blended teaching mode improves students’learning interest and teaching quality.
