摘要
介绍了铝合金的腐蚀和腐蚀保护方面的知识,首先介绍了铬酸盐缓蚀剂在涂层中的使用以及一些铬酸盐缓蚀剂的替代品。随后讨论了各种缓蚀剂输送系统以及溶胶凝胶的预处理方式。最后,列举了几个具有主动保护功能的环氧涂层的例子,包括有机底漆与不同的贮存容器相结合的应用。最后,简述了缓蚀剂对聚氨酯面漆层的腐蚀性能的提升。
This paper mainly introduced the knowledge of aluminum alloy corrosion and corrosion protection.Firstly,it described the use of chromate inhibitor in the coating and some substitutes of chromate inhibitor.Secondly,various corrosion inhibitor delivery systems and pretreatment methods of sol-gel were discussed.Several examples of epoxy coatings with active protection function were listed,including the application of organic primer combined with different storage containers.Finally,the improvement of corrosion performance of corrosion inhibitor on polyurethane top coat was briefly described.
