四川省旅游产业高质量发展水平评价研究——以全域旅游示范区为例

On the Evaluation of High-Quality Development Level of Tourism Industry in Sichuan Province——Taking Demonstration Areas of All-for-One Tourism as an Example

文章以四川省的省级全域旅游示范区为研究对象,从市场支撑、产业贡献、公共服务和生态保护4个质量维度出发,构建旅游产业高质量发展水平评价指标体系。运用改进的全局熵权TOPSIS方法,得到了2015—2019年四川省的省级全域旅游示范区旅游产业高质量发展的综合及分类指数。研究表明:(1)旅游产业高质量发展的综合指数差异较大,综合指数曲线呈现两极分化的演变趋势;(2)产业贡献质量远低于市场支撑、公共服务与生态保护质量指数。在合理划分旅游产业高质量发展类型标准的基础上,提出高质量稳健型区域应增强旅游产业结构的抗压能力,一般质量追赶型区域需建构居民与游客共建共享的协同发展机制等优化建议,以期为全域旅游示范区旅游产业的高质量发展提供客观、科学的决策依据。

The article takes the provincial all-for-one tourism demonstration areas in Sichuan as the research object,and constructs the evaluation index system of the high-quality development level of the tourism industry from four quality dimensions:market support,industrial contribution,public service,and ecological protection.Using the improved global entropy weight TOPSIS method,this research obtains the comprehensive and classified indexes of the high-quality development of the tourism industry in the provincial all-for-one tourism demonstration areas in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2019.The study shows that(1)the comprehensive index of the tourism industry s high-quality development varies widely,and the curve of the comprehensive index shows the evolution trend of polarization;(2)the quality index of industrial contribution is much lower than that of market support,public service,and ecological protection.Based on the type criteria of high-quality development of the tourism industry,this paper offers the following optimization measures:high-quality and robust regions should enhance the stress resistance of the tourism industry structure;average quality catching-up regions need to construct a synergistic development mechanism shared by residents and tourists,etc.These measures are put forward in anticipation of providing objective and scientific decision-making basis for the high-quality development of tourism industry in all-for-one tourism demonstration areas.
