在党的二十大报告中,以习近平同志为核心的党中央基于党和国家事业发展需要提出“三个务必”的重大论断,这是中国特色社会主义事业行稳致远的重要政治保障。贯彻“三个务必”,中国共产党人需要通过系统学习马克思主义进而坚定践行“三个务必”的思想自觉;通过提高政治能力进而增强践行“三个务必”的行动自觉;通过建立健全教育学习制度、落实制度、监督机制等形成践行“三个务必”的刚性约束;通过净化政治生态进而涵养有利于践行“三个务必”的良好风气。总之,通过建构符合“三个务必”基本内涵与内在要求的实践路径,使“三个务必”成为解决百年大党独有难题的重要法宝。

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward the important judgment of"three imperatives"based on the need of the development of the cause of the Party and the country,which is an important political guarantee for the stability of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To imple⁃ment the"three imperatives",the CPC people need to firm their ideological consciousness of practicing the"three imperatives"through systematic study of Marxism;enhance the awareness of action in practicing the"three imperatives"by improving political ability;form a rigid constraint to practice the"three imperatives"by establishing and improving educational and learning systems,implementing systems,and supervising mecha⁃nisms;cultivate a good atmosphere conducive to practice the"three imperatives"by purifying the political ecolo⁃gy.In short,by constructing a practical path that conforms to the basic connotation and internal requirements of the"three imperatives",we can make the"three imperatives"an important magic weapon to solve the unique problems of the centennial party.
