摘要
开展了稻谷储藏3年期间持续跟踪检测试验。对粮堆不同部位粮温、脂肪酸值、蒸米品尝评分跟踪检测,分析了稻谷控温、品质指标变化和购销经济效益情况,为更科学指导当地粮库稻谷控温保鲜,实现优质稻保质、控亏减损提供经验。
Tracking and testing the grain temperature on rice storage in a time of three years of storage.Tracked and tested the temperature,fatty and value,taste value,and analyze the temperature control,the change of the quality index and the economic benefits of purchase and sales of rice,it provided some experience for more scientific guidance of the local grain depots to control the temperature and freshness of rice,and achieved the high-quality rice quality assurance and loss reduction.
