摘要
对比模拟二氧化碳气调仓不同设定浓度和实仓试验,通过气调后及实验室培养检查评定二氧化碳气调对害虫和虫卵的综合杀灭功效。试验证明了在保持高浓度二氧化碳一定时间条件下,不仅能全部杀死害虫,还可以彻底杀灭虫卵;环境二氧化碳浓度越高杀虫和卵所需时间越短;通过试验为技术推广应用提供参考,有助于储粮周期内在降低储粮害虫防治成本并减少储粮化学药剂使用量的前提下来保证储粮安全,在发挥节粮减损功效同时综合保障国家粮食安全。
Compared the simulated carbon dioxide controlled atmosphere storage with different set concentrations and actual storage experiments,and evaluate the comprehensive killing effect of carbon dioxide controlled atmosphere on pests and insect eggs through post controlled atmosphere and laboratory cultivation inspection.The experiment proveded that under the condition of maintaining high concentration of carbon dioxide for a certain period of time,not only can all pests be killed,but also the eggs can be completely killed;The higher the concentration of environmental carbon dioxide,the shorter the time required to kill insects and eggs;By providing reference for the promotion and application of technology through experiments,it helps to reduce the cost of pest control and reduce the amount of chemical agents used during the grain storage cycle,while ensuring the safety of grain storage.It not only plays the role of grain conservation and loss reduction,but also comprehensively ensures national food security.
