“工匠精神”背景下高校思想政治教育策略探析

On the Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in Universities under the Background of“Craftsman Spirit”

“工匠精神”是一个人职业素养的重要体现,亦彰显了中华民族的优秀传统美德。社会的发展与进步,离不开劳动者精益求精的技艺追求,承载着专注与严谨的“工匠精神”则是推动技术与工艺发展的核心驱动力。新时代背景下,高校思政教育必然要立足于时代前沿,在积极践行马克思主义思想的同时,将“工匠精神”渗透到课程体系中,为社会主义核心价值观的培养创造良好条件。本文以高校思政教育为主要研究对象,探析“工匠精神”在高校教育中发挥的重要价值,并给出科学的教育策略,以期促进我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展。

The Decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that it is necessary to"carry forward the scientific spirit and the craftsman spirit".The craftsman spirit is an important embodiment of a person's professional quality and also highlights the excellent traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.The development and progress of society cannot be separated from the pursuit of Excellence of workers,and the craftsman spirit carrying concentration and rigor is the core driving force to promote the development of technology and technology.Under the background of the new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities must be based on the forefront of the times.While actively practicing Marxist ideas,it will infiltrate the craftsman spirit into the curriculum system and create good conditions for the cultivation of socialist core values.This paper takes ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the main research object,analyzes the important value of craftsman spirit in college education,and gives scientific educational decisions in order to promote the vigorous development of higher education in China.
