应用型本科校政企协同育人模式研究——以物联网工程专业为例 被引量:2

Research on the University⁃government⁃enterprise Coordinated Education Mode in Application⁃oriented Universities--with the Specialty of Internet of Things Engineering as an Example

摘要 物联网工程专业是新兴的工科专业,应用型本科高校对该专业的人才培养要紧跟就业市场需求,其人才培养的各个环节都应该有企业工程技术人员的参与。由于信息的不对称性,企业和高校的对接沟通存在不及时、效用低等问题,这就需要政府发挥必要的对接和引导作用,促成高校、政府、企业三方协同育人,建立校政企三方信息反馈闭环的协同育人机制。 The major of Internet of Things Engineering is a new engineering specialty.The talent training of this specialty in application-oriented universities should keep up with the demand of the job market,and all aspects of its talent training should involve enterprise engineers and technicians.Due to the asymmetry of information,the docking communication between enterprises and universities is not timely and has low effectiveness,which requires the government to play the necessary docking and guiding role,promote the tripartite collaborative education among universities,governments and enterprises,and establish a collaborative education mechanism with closed⁃loop information feedback between universities and enterprises.
