摘要
为加快智能制造技术在吉林省纺织服装产业的应用,提升产业整体竞争力优势,本文分析了吉林省纺织服装产业实施智能制造的必要性、制约因素,以及全纺智能制造发展概况及阶段特征,提出实施“134”系统工程的方案,以期在创作纺织服装产业智能制造吉林版“三赋”文章的同时,形成特色鲜明、亮点突出、可复制可推广的产业应用案例。
In order to speed up the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in textile and garment industry in Jilin Province and enhance the overall competitive advantage of the industry,this paper analyzes the necessity and constraints of implementing intelligent manufacturing in textile and garment industry in Jilin Province,and the gap compared with the development situation and stage characteristics of all-spinning intelligent manufacturing,and puts forward the scheme of implementing“134”system engineering,with a view to achieving successes of intelligent manufacturing in textile and garment industry in Jilin Province,and forming distinctive features,outstanding highlights,replicability and popularization.
